To monitor progress and provide evidence of successful completion, this Observation Checklist is provided for Unit 4. Instructors will observe the cadets carrying out tasks and will tick the appropriate box on the checklist. Once the unit is complete, the instructor will complete and sign the statement at the bottom of the form. Once signed by an instructor, this will provide the evidence that the cadet has met the criteria for this unit.
How To Use
Use this checklist to monitor cadets' progress throughout Unit 4 of FCA 2. Sign off the unit once the cadet has completed all the required elements.
