Description
This bundle contains resources for Fire Safety education sessions as part of Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service Prevention Strategy. Each resource within this bundle has been chosen to give a full range of knowledge skills and supplement NFRS messaging, providing consistent and valuable key safety information suitable for children from age 14 -16 years old (KS4).
How To Use
The different resources in the bundle help to teach, support and consolidate learning around fire safety in and outside of the home.
This bundle is made up of separate lessons, each used in different ways to build areas of knowledge, culminating in activities to demonstrate what the children have learnt in the individual sessions.
Step 1: Choose activities from the lists that meet your requirements- curriculum linked activities can also be found below.
Step 2: Use the lesson plans to deliver the messaging through engaging and challenging activities.
Step 3: Build on knowledge by supplementing other lessons with similar messaging- curriculum linked.
Step 4- choose age appropriate additional activities from the selection to embed and supplement your chosen lesson plans.
