This poetry activity provides key RNLI information for children to use to create a shape poem. The templates provided will help inspire children to use language creatively.
How To Use
This lesson provides an opportunity for children to be creative while they learn about the job that the RNLI do and how they help to keep us safe in the water. You can find a presentation to accompany this activity by clicking on 'Resource 1' below and there is a planning sheet available under 'Resource 2'. To complete the set of resources, there is also an RNLI themed writing template available which can be found by clicking on 'Resource 3'
