The key objectives covered are to:
- Know the history of the fire and rescue service nationally and locally.
- Understand how the functions of the fire and rescue service have changed over time.
- Know how fire and rescue service equipment has changed over time.
How To Use
This presentation is for Unit 3 for Fire Cadet Award 2. Cadets should have completed all of Fire Cadet Award 1 before beginning to work on Award 2. Your instructors will be able to explain the structure of Fire Cadet Award 2 and which units are mandatory and which are optional.
