The aim of this session is to increase the knowledge of the different stages of the recruitment process in the Fire and Rescue Service.
The key objective is to:
- Describe the stages of the recruitment process within the Fire and Rescue Service.
- Participate in a non competitive fitness recruitment session.
How To Use
This presentation is for Unit 16 for Fire Cadet Award 2. Cadets should have completed all of Fire Cadet Award 1 before beginning to work on Award 2. Your instructors will be able to explain the structure of Fire Cadet Award 2 and which units are mandatory and which are optional.
