The aim of this session is to increase the knowledge of the different stages of the recruitment process in the Fire and Rescue Service.
The key objective is to:
- Describe the stages of the recruitment process within the Fire and Rescue Service.
- Where ever possible, please include examples from your own Fire Service website, and amend this presentation.
- Participate in a non competitive fitness recruitment session.
- Please be aware of young people’s physical abilities and levels of self confidence when delivering fitness tests.
