A fun and creative activity to demonstrate how a stethoscope works and how physical activity affects the heart. The details provided with the activity also share facts about stethoscopes and how the different parts work together to help them function.

How To Use

This activity is part of the bundle of activities that focus on restarting a heart. The aim of the resources in the bundle is to explore the heart in more detail and teach children about CPR so they could help to restart a heart one day. This activity would be ideal for upper KS2 children to teach them about how heart health can be monitored and how physical activities affect the heart while allowing them to practise some of their DT skills.
