People in 1666

Description

This worksheet is for the activity called 'London in 1666'.  The worksheeet displays two outlines of people in 1666 for the children to 'dress' with scraps of fabric after learning about the clothing from the era.  There is a picture of King Charles II and one of a poor person so they can consider the differences in their clothing.

How To Use

Use this activity at the beginning of a unit of work about The Great Fire of London.  The activity will set the scene about London in 1666 and help the children understand what the people were like in that era.
