This PowerPoint is part of the Mini-Policing lesson on the topic of bullying and online safety. The scheme is a series of lessons focusing on developing trust between young people and the police. This presentation is aimed at Upper KS2 children and encourages them to think about these issues in detail and how they can deal with problems they may face as they move to secondary school and explore social media more.
How To Use
These two topics are closely linked and they have been combined into one lesson plan. However there is the option to deliver these as two separate sessions and the PowerPoint is clearly divided to make this easier. During this session the children learn more about bullying and the different types. They also learn about how to behave online and the risks that they are exposed to on the internet.
