Description
In less than one hour, GoDrive offers new drivers and passengers the information, advice and practical tips they need to stay safe on the roads. Spread throughout the film are four interactive tasks, which help break up the session and get the group working together. The film has been developed using the latest behavioural science and allows opportunities for discussion and personal reflection throughout.
How To Use
We suggest that you use GoDrive in PSHE lessons, small specific assemblies or as part of an alternative curriculum day. Peer discussion has proven to be a powerful tool for influencing young driver perspectives on road risk and this element of the session is important. With this in mind, it is recommended that that maximum audience should be 50 students. It is important that the facilitator can collect responses and ensure that everyone feels involved in the discussions.
There is a lesson plan available to support with delivery of GoDrive. This can be found by scrolling a little further down this page.
