The Paper Tower & Snowball Fight challenge is a high‑energy, creative team‑building activity that gets cadets working together to plan, design, and pitch a paper tower before finishing with a fun, fast‑paced snowball battle. Cadets must communicate, delegate roles, think creatively, and problem‑solve as a team to build the tallest free‑standing tower and deliver a convincing business-style pitch. The activity ends with a recycling‑friendly “snowball fight,” adding excitement while still rewarding teamwork and strategy
How To Use
Work together in your team to build the tallest free‑standing tower you can using only paper, pens, and Sellotape. Before you start, agree on roles - such as designers, builders, and presenters - so everyone knows what they’re responsible for. You’ll have 20 minutes to create your tower and plan a short pitch explaining why your design is the best.
After the towers are measured and judged, you’ll scrunch the paper into “snowballs” and get ready for a fast 2‑minute snowball fight against the other team. Your goal is to keep as many snowballs off your side as possible. Work together, react quickly, and use teamwork to win the final points.
