he process of calling 999 and getting emergency help is a crucial piece of learning that needs to be repeatedly visited with children of a young age to ensure that they know instinctively what to do.  This sheet goes through the process and what they can expect the operator to say to them.

How To Use

Use this script as a role-play prompt to remind children of the important information that they need to remember if they ever need to call 999.  This sheet is linked to an activity about how people called for help in 1666 compared with how we do it today.
