Welcome to the North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service and StayWise educational resource ‘bundle’ page. Here you will find a variety of StayWise resources which have been specifically chosen by our Service and placed into helpful ‘bundles’, to enable you to simply select a resource to deliver within a school or other educational setting within North Yorkshire.
Due to the size of North Yorkshire, our operational demands, and the resources we have available to us, we are unable to provide visits consistently to all schools and educational establishments within the City of York and North Yorkshire, so in addition to these resources for you, we have also created Staywise Bundles that teachers within our area can access and deliver themselves.
How To Use
The resources within this bundle can be used when delivering safety interventions to children and young people. Presentations and lessons plans are provided for each topic. If you require further assistance or guidance when delivering a resource, please speak with our Service’s Youth and Schools Engagement Manager (contact details are available on our Service Sharepoint page).
