The aim of this session is to provide Fire Cadets with the knowledge to be able to demonstrate the use of Breathing Apparatus search and rescue techniques.
The key objectives are to:
- Identify the hazards, risks and control measures when working with Breathing Apparatus.
How To Use
This presentation is for Unit 8 of Fire Cadet Award 2. Cadets should have completed all of Fire Cadet Award 1 before beginning to work on Award 2. Your instructors will be able to explain the structure of Fire Cadet Award 2 and which units are mandatory and which are optional.
