The aim of this session is to provide an understanding of the various methods of communication and types of equipment used within the Fire and Rescue Service.
The key objectives are for cadets to:
- Explain methods of communication used in the Fire and Rescue Service.
- Identify the equipment used to communicate in the Fire and Rescue Service.
How To Use
This presentation is for Unit 12 for Fire Cadet Award 2. Cadets should have completed all of Fire Cadet Award 1 before beginning to work on Award 2. Your instructors will be able to explain the structure of Fire Cadet Award 2 and which units are mandatory and which are optional.
