The aim of this session is to provide Fire Cadets an understanding of the importance of communication within the Fire and Rescue Service.
The key objectives are for cadets to:
- Explain the importance of communication.
- Explain the difficulties encountered with poor communication.
How To Use
This presentation is for Unit 12 for Fire Cadet Award 2. Cadets should have completed all of Fire Cadet Award 1 before beginning to work on Award 2. Your instructors will be able to explain the structure of Fire Cadet Award 2 and which units are mandatory and which are optional.
