The aim of this session is to increase the understanding of leadership in the Emergency Services.
The key objectives are for cadets to be able to:
- Explain the importance of leadership in the emergency service.
- Describe the key features of effective leaders.
- Take part in team activities to achieve an objective.
- Lead team activities to achieve an objective.
How To Use
This presentation is for Unit 11 for Fire Cadet Award 2. Cadets should have completed all of Fire Cadet Award 1 before beginning to work on Award 2. Your instructors will be able to explain the structure of Fire Cadet Award 2 and which units are mandatory and which are optional.
