The aim of this session is to raise the awareness of different types of teams in the emergency services.
The key objectives are for cadets to be able to:
- Describe the responsibilities of teams in the Fire and Rescue Service.
- Identify the functions of teams in other emergency services.
- Take part in team activities to achieve an objective.
- Lead a team activity to achieve an objective.
How To Use
This presentation is for Unit 11 for Fire Cadet Award 2. Cadets should have completed all of Fire Cadet Award 1 before beginning to work on Award 2. Your instructors will be able to explain the structure of Fire Cadet Award 2 and which units are mandatory and which are optional.
