The aim of this session is to provide Fire Cadets with an understanding of the importance of team work in the emergency services.
The key objectives are for cadets to be able to:
- Identify key features of effective teams.
- Explain the importance of teamwork in the emergency services.
- Take part in team activities to achieve an objective.
- Lead a team activity to achieve an objective.
How To Use
This presentation is for Unit 11 for Fire Cadet Award 2. Cadets should have completed all of Fire Cadet Award 1 before beginning to work on Award 2. Your instructors will be able to explain the structure of Fire Cadet Award 2 and which units are mandatory and which are optional.
