The aim of this session is to enable Fire Cadets to understand the importance of Resource Management and how resources are managed within the Fire and Rescue Service. Fire Cadets will use their knowledge to manage resources for a planned activity.
The key objectives are for fire cadets to:
- Explain the importance of Resource Management in the Fire and Rescue Service.
- Identify resources used in the Fire and Rescue Service.
- Describe how to obtain Fire and Rescue Service resources.
- Describe how to maintain resources in the Fire and Rescue Service.
How To Use
This presentation is for Unit 10 for Fire Cadet Award 2. Cadets should have completed all of Fire Cadet Award 1 before beginning to work on Award 2. Your instructors will be able to explain the structure of Fire Cadet Award 2 and which units are mandatory and which are optional.
