The Pull of a Rip (Story)

This story is a personal account of being caught in a rip current. It highlights how quickly you can find yourself in trouble and how, even strong swimmers can be caught in dangerous currents. The over-riding message is to always swim in designated areas at the beach that are being monitored by lifeguards.
