The aim of this session is to provide an awareness of the fire station that cadets will be working from.
The key objectives covered are:
- To understand the safety control measures in place on an operational fire station.
- Navigate around the fire station and become familiar with where places are.
- To have an overview of incidents attended.
- To recognise the different watch systems.
How To Use
This is the third session in Module 1 of the Fire Cadet Award 1 certification course. Cadets should have already completed Session 1 - Introduction to Fire Cadets and Session 2 - Health and Safety before this session.
