This resource provides an extension activity having read 'Know Your Way Out' which teaches the children about how to escape safely from a building when the smoke alarm sounds.
How To Use
This folding book will reinforce the main events from the story and allow the children to review what they have learnt about the key safety messages. To further develop their comprehension skills and use this as a literacy resource the pictures could be cut out and the children can try to sequence the story themselves, matching the correct piece of text to each picture.
