The Fire Specialism Challenge Night gives cadets the opportunity to build real operational skills in a safe, structured, and engaging way. Each challenge - Casualty Care, Breathing Apparatus, and Rescue - requires cadets to work as a team, communicate clearly, manage scenes effectively, and apply their first aid and fire‑service knowledge under time pressure.

Use this to exemplify how gathering information, setting up safe systems of work, following correct procedures, and making decisions as a crew, strengthens problem‑solving skills, leadership, and confidence.
