The word bank provides some ideas and could be used to support individuals or small groups if needed.

This worksheet is designed be used as the independent task when delivering the lesson about describing fire, use it to engage the children in their descriptive work about fires and expand their vocabularly. The children can find the words they want to use to describe what fire looks like, sounds like and feels like, as well as what it can do.   The word bank could also be used to support other activities based around fire safety.
