This session is about how to stay safe during the bonfire and Halloween period. The session covers important safety messages about how bonfires, fireworks and trick or treating can be dangerous and why making hoax calls during this period is bad.  Students can join in by engaging in some sensory experiences, communicate their understanding with their preferred communication style and learn how to stay safe during the bonfire and Halloween period, about hoax calls and anti-social behaviour (ASB).

How To Use

This Development Level session introduces structured learning, using clear language and basic seasonal vocabulary to support understanding of simple safety concepts. It remains interactive and sensory-based but also encourages young people to make choices, recognize key symbols, and begin to grasp foundational ideas.

For Special Educational Needs

This session has been designed for students with SEND working at development level.
