How To Use
Unless otherwise stated, ‘early years providers’ in this document covers all these providers. The guide is designed to help managers and staff understand their statutory duties and responsibilities under the reforms in the Children and Families Act 2014 in relation to children in their care who have or may have special educational needs or disabilities (SEND).
