A full lesson with activities and demo’s to teach students about fire safety in the home. Matched to the KS3 programme of study with a focus on the fire service's safety at home message.
How To Use
Students use the fire triangle to explain how to control a fire. Different types of fire are then discussed and students consider how to extinguish different types of fires effectively.
The presentation can be found by clicking on 'Resource 1' below. Clicking on 'Resource 2' will take you to the information sheet about fire extinguishers which can be downloaded and printed for the lesson.
