The Tyne and Wear Educational Resources Package is a comprehensive collection of educational resources designed to support children and young people from Early Years through to Key Stage 4 in developing the knowledge and skills needed to stay safe. Covering key topics including home fire safety, water safety and road safety, the bundle provides age-appropriate activities, presentations, worksheets and discussion materials tailored to different stages of learning. Suitable for delivery by teachers and blue light professionals, the resources help children and young people understand risks, build confidence and make safer choices in their everyday lives.

How To Use

The bundle is organised by age group, making it easy to select resources that meet the needs of your learners, from Early Years to KS4. Materials can be used as part of classroom lessons, PSHE programmes, safety education initiatives, themed weeks, assemblies or community engagement events. Delivered by teachers or blue light professionals, the resources encourage participation, discussion and reflection, supporting the progressive development of safety knowledge and decision-making skills throughout a child's educational journey.
