What3Words - Find Famous Landmarks

Before starting, learners should already understand:

• What what3words is.
• How to search for a what3words address using the what3words app or mapsite.
• How to switch between map view and satellite mode, and how to zoom in and out to explore locations in more detail.

To complete the activity:

1. Open the what3words app or visit the what3words mapsite.
2. Switch to satellite mode for a clearer view of landmarks and their surroundings. 
3. Search for each what3words address provided in the quiz. 
4. Use the map, satellite imagery, and zoom tools to investigate the location.
5. Identify the famous landmark visible at each address and discuss any interesting geographical or cultural features.
6. Compare answers with classmates, friends, or family and see who can identify the most landmarks correctly.
