Description
Our lifeboat crews are made up of 95% volunteers. This means that our crew usually have a day job as well as volunteering at their local lifeboat station in their spare time. They carry a pager with them 24/7 which beeps if there is an emergency at sea. They then rush to the lifeboat station to launch the lifeboat as quickly as possible!
