The aim of this session so to review the four scenarios with the cadets to enable them to complete a personal review for a scenario of their choosing.
The key objectives are for fire cadets to be able to:
- Effectively describe their chosen scenario
- Describe their role in detail
- Detail their brief, and identify how they ensured they understood it
- List the equipment used and what its purpose was
- Give examples of communication methods they used
- Describe what they and their team did well
- Describe what they and their team could have done to make improvements to their performance
