This Early Intervention Implementation Framework provides UK Fire & Rescue Services with clear guidance and a suite of practical tools for strategic direction, implementation, monitoring and evaluation to deliver effective Early Intervention Programmes. It includes 10 Features which are included here to support services to implement this framework.
